Today is cheat day.

A saying goes that when you already get to do things for 21 times, you'd make it a habit.
so I made up my mind that I will only have my cheat day every after 21 days of working may fats out.

just so you know, t'was only 2 days ago that I start jogging,diet,etc and yet I had my chaet day. maybe that's wjat you call way too excited and in fact I'm just having a dry run :D

Im back..well almost.

okay. i want to breakfree. i want to write seriously. AND IM VERY DESPERATE TO BE CALLED PAYAT AGAIN. and here,right here, ill try my very best to give you updates
